VIP Program FAQ's: How does the point system work?
For every $1.00 you spend at Bogart's on parts, apparel, or accessories, and excluding vehicles, taxes/fees, or the purchase of the program itself, you will earn a point, aka "Bogie Buck". When you have made $10.00 in purchases and earned 10 Bogie Bucks you can redeem them for $1.00 in parts, apparel, accessories or labor.

What if I forget to present my card?
Unfortunately, because you are responsible for presenting your card at the point of sale, you will not earn points on that transaction. Bogart's will not provide credit for any past purchases that were not added to your card at the time of sale.

What do I earn points on?
While you may redeem points on anything, you will earn points on full price pre-tax parts, apparel and accessories only. You will not earn points on discounted parts, apparel and accessories, except for discounted tires.

What if I lose my card?
Replacement cards are $5.00. Unfortunately, point balances will be lost with the card.

Can I give my points to someone else?
Points are not transferable, but you can purchase a Gift Card for someone using your Bogie Bucks.

Can I earn or redeem Bogie Bucks over the internet or via phone?
Yes. You must provide us with your card number, which is located on the back and bottom-right of the card. With this number we can add and redeem points from your VIP account.

Will Bogart's keep up with my card number for me?
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your card or account number.
