It had been 27 years since I owned my last bike, a KZ-1000 that nearly killed me (several times), but I figured that at 47, I had matured enough to own another one and the desire to ride a street beast never left me after all those years. Although my wife nearly killed me when I bought it last year, when I saw it at the dealer, I instantly fell in love with it and had to have it. The dealer installed a sport shield and system bags. It had been his in-house bike for two years and had 4,500 miles on it. This is an AWESOME machine and it's an incredible ride!!! I don't commute on it, I ride only for pleasure on the zillions of winding, hilly roads in southwestern PA. Love those heated hand grips. This bike OWNS the road. It handles crisply and it has all the accelleration that a sane man needs. Plus, it's truly a piece of art on wheels. It's a real beauty and I love it. This is the last bike I'll ever own.
