Bogart's Service Department Operating Procedures & Policies:
We prioritize Service work as follows: 1.Authority (Police) Vehicles, 2.VIP Customers and Travelling Vehicles Off Road, 3.All Other Repairs.
Customer will receive a firm completion date or best estimate at time service work is contracted.* Customer will be contacted a minimum of 24 hours in advance if Bogart's will not meet completion date.
*Vehicles that have a model year of 1995 or earlier will be affected by the following policies: No Guaranteed or Firm Estimate of Completion Time or Price will be provided. No Complete Restorations will be accepted. Labor will be billed at Actual Time. Acceptance may be limited to November 1st through January 30th. Deposits will be required.
Labor Rate - 107.00 per hour.
Towing charge is $70.00 per trip for the first 50 miles. ($2.00 per mile over 50 miles).
Tire Change - $72.05 per wheel on the bike and $41.84 per wheel off the bike (Price includes valve stem and tire disposal fee). We do mount and balance tires for all bike brands; however, for tire changes for brands we do not sell, we must have the wheel off the bike. $75 minimum charge for all wheels over size 210.
You are entitled to a price estimate for the repairs you have authorized. Depending upon the scale and scope of the repair in question, estimates may take from 15 minutes to several days to complete. The repair price may be less than the estimate, but it will not exceed the estimate without your permission. Estimates are good for 30 calendar days.
Minimum Labor charge per Repair Order is one-half hour.
Customer must give prior acknowledgement to all repairs.
Customer will be responsible for payment of all non-warranty work completed.
In the absence of work, Customer will be responsible for payment of the service estimate at the shop rate multiplied by actual time invested.
North American Motorsports, Inc., dba Bogart's Motorsports, is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control.
Customer must present store receipt for all returns, exchanges and warranties.
Storage fee of $5.00/day will begin 10 days after 1st contact that service is complete.
Special Order's must be paid for in full at the time of order. Expedited shipping and handling is available at an additional fee, generally 10%.
Service Parts ordered for scheduled services will be restocked 10 days after the earlier of the schedule service date or customer cancellation.
Returned checks will incur a $30.00 return check fee.
